Annissa Malthaner is an Ontario based illustrator who graduated Sheridan College's Bachelor of Illustration program in 2019. She has a passion for the past and loves nothing more than to explore local antique shops and root through her grandparent's photo albums. Much of her illustration work is informed by these inspirations along with old field guides, maps, and scientific charts. Overall Annissa strives to capture the aesthetic of a by-gone era while brining a contemporary spirit to her pieces. Her technique involves the collaging of graphite drawings in photoshop where they are coloured and arranged.
